I will create a workout plan tailored just for you, based on your fitness level, goals and preferences. Say goodbye to generic workouts that don't work for you!
Having fun while working out in a supported environment.
Whatever your ability I will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.
As a professional archery coach working with people of all abilities, I have found many of my clients with a disability have issues with balance and mobility.
Looking at my own journey as an Autistic woman with ADHD and OCD I realised how much movement and exercise had helped me navigate the many problems I faced daily, physically, emotionally and mentally.
In 2024 I completed the Community Services Certificate IV course through “TAFE NSW” in December 2024 I completed Certificate IV in Fitness through “Fitness Education Online”.
Having a great rapport with the many archery clients with a disability I coach, has allowed me to help them gain more confidence in their ability to shoot and compete. A good sense of humour and always thinking outside the box has been vital in providing quality coaching to my clients. I am hoping to be able to use this same process with my Personal Training venture to empower more people with a disability to be confident in their ability and to move within the world around them.
As a coach and trainer, I am always learning, and I look forward to being able to learn more, so I am even more effective in helping others.
I would like to offer individual and group training sessions to cater to the needs of all those who would like to include quality movement into their lives to enhance their abilities.
